In rebranding “Network + Chill,” I transformed their identity with a cohesive visual language, creating a new logo and brand elements that capture the essence of community and relaxation. Alongside, I crafted a captivating motion graphic to showcase the logo dynamically. The result: a refreshed brand that fosters stronger connections and engagement within the community.
The Exquisite Corpse is a project inspired by its early 19th-century namesake in which a piece of paper was folded and participants would only draw on one fold at a time, passing it around. When all folds were filled, the paper would be unfolded to reveal a unique, collaborative work of art. In this project, I and my class set out to accomplish the same task in a video format. This is my “fold” of the full video, showing off my video skills using rotoscoping and mixed media animation techniques to create something unlike anything else.
In my motion graphics project, I use Jenny Holzer’s Truisms to convey emotions through dynamic movement. By integrating her original text into visually engaging animations, I aim to provoke thought and evoke feelings in the audience. Through this fusion of words and motion, I strive to create a captivating experience that resonates with viewers on a deeper level.
